As your orders are hand poured and made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns. For damaged or faulty items please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for us to assess the situation and provide you with an exchange or a refund.

Unfortunately, as time and effort go into making our candles, we DO NOT accept refunds or returns for change of mind.

Please note: As our candles are made with non toxic ingredients, slight colour variation may occur which is perfectly normal. We will not honour refunds / exchanges for this.
